On 25 September (Sunday) I was travelling in Germany from the UK when I had a problem warning sign come up on my XC60. The following morning at 09.00 I went to Moll Gruppe in Dusseldorf who were extremely helpful and highly professional. They put my car into the workshop right away and found the fault and rectified it and I was on my way within 2 hours. I must give special praise to Martin Kullig who went out of his way to keep me informed as to what was happening and he ensured prompt service so that I could continue my trip with the minimum inconvenience. I am delighted that the special service I receive from my local Volvo dealer in UK is replicated in Germany. Volvo Head Office should be very proud of Moll Gruppe as the Volvo brand is in very good hands in Dusseldorf. Thank you to all concerned.

Wir waren noch nie mit einem Service so unzufrieden wie mit Ihrem bei Volvo. Wir warten nun seit mehr als Sieben Monate auf unser Auto und ich drücke schon wegen der Corona Situation beide Augen zu. Was mir aber überhaupt nicht gefällt ist ihre Kommunikation. Man muss ständig ihnen hinterher telefonieren um zu erfahren wie der Stand der Dinge ist. Wir warten nun seit einem Monat auf die Zulassung unseres Autos. Ich würde mir etwas Proaktivität ihrerseits wünschen. Auf Anrufe wird nicht reagiert und man erhält auch keinen Rückruf. Hätte ich gewusst was für ein schlechter Service auf uns zukommt hätten wir nie ein Auto bei Ihnen gekauft. Wir sind einfach nur noch verärgert!
Ich bin selten in einem Autohaus so zuvorkommend behandelt worden. Das ist wirklich eine Bewertung wert. Ganz toll, weiter so! Mein Poster und ich kommen gerne wieder
